REfund policy

Thank you for reaching out to Energize with Nature. We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We accept returns for defective products only. If your product arrives damaged, we will either issue a refund or replace it at no extra cost. However, please note that once the product is opened, we cannot offer a refund unless it's damaged. The shipping will be free for all refund items if they meet eligibility.

Instructions - REFUND 

To initiate a return, please ensure that it is done within 7 days of the original purchase date. The returned product must be unused, and in its original packaging. Before we can accept any refund, we would require a photo of the product to be sent to Energizewithnature@gmail.com.

Once we receive the image, one of our customer service specialists will inspect it to ensure that the product meets our return policy requirements. If it is confirmed that the product meets these requirements, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. You will need to return the product to us by mail, but this will not incur any additional costs if the item is damaged or defective. We will provide you with a new shipping label to download. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be processed.

Exchange
